Drum Roll Please

Even in the midst of mansion parties, dinner meetings, cupcakes, BBQ, and pizza...

I have lost...


I can't believe it.  I really didn't think I could loose weight.  I've read Dr. Phil's book, Greater Health God's Way (Omartian), The Weigh Down Workshop and The Maker's Diet.  All great books but I never lost good weight with them.

We've eaten real food the last three weeks and lost weight doing it.  Here is an example of what a typical day looks like foodwise.

Breakfast:  Special K (high fiber and protein) cereal, skim milk topped with strawberries

Snack:  Orange

Lunch:  Sandwich and 1 cup soup or Baked Lay's

Snack:  My left arm...and on some days a banana or apple

Dinner: Nacho Salad (with a lettuce bed vs. chip bed) and I crumble a few tortilla chips on top
