Trainwreck

This is a tried and true crock pot favorite at our house.  If you love Mexican, you'll love this.  It's super fast, easy, affordable and packed with great flavor.  Perfect for those nights when you have plans and need something yummy and quick.

Trainwreck
3 cans Pinto beans
1 can Rotel (I blend mine so there's not a tomato revolt by the boys)
16 oz tomato sauce
1 pound ground beef browned and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Put all ingredients in crock pot.  Cook on low all day.  We layer tortilla chips, meat sauce, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar and sour cream.  Yum!

Guess what's in my crock pot right now? I saw this yesterday and realized I had most of the ingredients. used 2 cans of beans(1 pinto, 1 black) and was out of rotel, so I used home made salsa made ith ROtel. This is what I could come up with BEFORE doing grocery shopping. Taste test proved delish and I threw in about 1/4 cup or so of diced onions. Thanks for sharing.
