1 (15oz) can pumpkin
Preheat oven to 325. Simply mix the pumpkin and the spice cake mix powder together and drop by heaping tablespoons into greased muffin cups. Bake18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. We opened our muffins up and put a dollop of cool whip on them-Yum!
This is a quick, easy fall breakfast that smells yummy baking.
